teens to Adults – t2A

teens to Adults (t2A) is a program available in our Strathmore service areas about building skills, friendships and community connections for teens and young adults with developmental disabilities.

t2A gives teens and young adults an opportunity to:

• Make new friends and have fun
• Experience new activities
• Go out in the community as a group
• Build skills with peers in a safe and  non-judgemental atmosphere
• Participate in workshops or individual learning opportunities to promote life skills and employment readiness
